Compensation ranges from $24.10 - $30/hour, plus profit sharing and a $2000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and CNC mills
- Prioritize, plan, and prepare work while establishing the appropriate sequence of machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements
- Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on materials and work pieces
- Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines including mills, lathes, jig bores, grinders, and shapers
- Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors or enter commands to retrieve, input or edit computerized CNC machine control media
- Start and monitor machine operation, adjusting controls or media to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
- Inspect and verify dimensions of finished work piece to conformance of specifications using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparators, and gauge blocks.
- Verify conformance to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Meet productivity expectations while consistently producing parts to customer specifications.

What We're Looking For :
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Tool & Die, CNC precision machining experience
- Excellent blueprint reading, mathematical, and mechanical abilities
- Understanding of inspection, quality assurance methods and GD&T
- Experience using precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparators
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and deadlines
- Commitment to quality and producing quality work
- Ability to work well independently and cooperatively with teammates
- Willingness to learn and cross-train on different equipment
- Able to comprehend written and verbal procedure
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-10 hour shift
