Payroll Admin - St Michael, MN

Sir Lines-A-Lot provides traffic control and pavement markings on roads and parking lot. The Payroll Admin will be in person at our St. Michael, MN office with the ability to work out of our Edina office as needed.

Sign-On Bonus Available

• Submit weekly certified payroll reports (Aashtoware, LCP Tracker, Elations, MNDOT)
• Maintain prevailing wage rates and ensure accurate job classifications
• Track and manage certified payroll records and communications
• Assist with processing weekly payroll for 400+ employees
• Review timecards and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Keep payroll documentation accurate and audit-ready

• 1+ year of office experience (payroll preferred)
• Certified payroll or construction experience is a plus
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

• High School diploma/equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
