Job Description Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Departmental Manager/Building Principal, the Clerk will perform clerical duties relevant to district operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:(Essential Job Functions)
1. Regular daily attendance to perform assigned duties2. Conduct research3. Create presentations4. Prepare written/digital statistical reports, studies and analysis5. Manage projects6. Maintain student attendance records (school clerk)7. Check, verify and maintain health records (school clerk)8. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments9. Maintain confidential documents10. Answer telephone11. Arrange conference calls12. File, scan, and copy documents13. Prepare routine correspondence for administrative superior14. Research confidential information15. Attend workshops, conferences, and departmental meetings16. Make necessary contacts17. Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge. Skills. and Abilities

Training.
Education and Experience Any combination equivalent to: a high school diploma, an associate's degree preferred, two years of clerical experience in increasingly responsible office environment.
