Dental Hygienist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, modern dental practice. You will be a key member of the patient care team, providing exceptional hygiene services, patient education, and preventive care.

• Perform dental screenings, cleanings, and patient education
• Utilize advanced technology such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, and laser tools
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records
• Support patient comfort and advocate for their oral health

• Perform dental screenings, cleanings, and patient education
• Utilize advanced technology such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, and laser tools
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records
• Support patient comfort and advocate for their oral health

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Motivated, with or without experience, eager to grow clinical skills
• Experience with digital tools and preventative care preferred

• Deliver personalized patient care with 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments
• Work in a collaborative, professional environment with a supportive team and mentorship opportunities
• Maintain physical ability to perform duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Attend periodic training sessions; TB test required prior to employment
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development
