This is a full‑time or part‑time, on‑site role located in St. Michael, MN, for a Residential Decorator/Stager. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing home staging solutions, selecting and arranging furniture, art, and accessories and creating aesthetic and functional layouts that align with client preferences. The decorator/stager will collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, provide professional recommendations, and ensure spaces are visually appealing and practical for daily living.

Other tasks include staying informed about current design trends, and offering exceptional customer service to meet client needs.

• Strong skills in interior decorating, staging, and space planning
• Experience in selecting and arranging home furniture and decor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and creativity in creating customized, visually appealing designs
• Knowledge of current trends in home decorating and staging
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in interior design, staging, or related field preferred
