Principal or Designee
Under the direction of the Principal, the teacher will guide students in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve at or above grade level. Teachers will plan lessons, provide instruction, and manage the classroom in a manner conducive to learning, while demonstrating fairness and respect with students. The teacher will work with parents/guardians and district support personnel to provide appropriate support and will perform professional responsibilities in compliance with board policy and state and federal laws regarding public education.
DesiredQualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Illinois Professional Educator License with a Middle School Music endorsement
- Experience with children of the age to be taught
- Technology skills necessary to deliver instruction
