About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Just 4 Kids program in coordination with the program Coordinators. Plans and implements daily structured activities for 4‑ and 5‑year‑old children enrolled in the Just 4 Kids programs. Oversees the daily operation of assigned site, supervising Paraprofessionals and Aides at the assigned location.
Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 21 years old; educational background in elementary education or related field; experience working with preschool age children; supervisory experience; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast‑paced, physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities.
