Position Overview & Responsibilities

Responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Just 4 Kids program in coordination with the program Coordinators. Plans and implements daily structured activities for 4‑ and 5‑year‑old children enrolled in the Just 4 Kids programs. Oversees the daily operation of assigned site, supervising Paraprofessionals and Aides at the assigned location.

Minimum 21 years old; educational background in elementary education or related field; experience working with preschool age children; supervisory experience; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast‑paced, physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities.
