We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The district consists of one primary school, three elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
Position Overview & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing lessons, instructing students with a wide range of abilities, assessing student learning, collecting and analyzing student data to plan instruction, creating an engaging and respectful classroom environment, communicating with students, parents and multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, supervising students, and participating in school improvement initiatives and professional development.

- Contract: 186 days (plus 2-3 days of orientation)
- Position Type: Full-Term
- Salary Range: $48,292 – $90,967
- Benefits: Full‑time certified staff benefits (see Certified Master Contract 2025‑2027)

- Bachelor's degree in education.
- Required teaching certificate in a related area of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota.
- Specific content knowledge, training, or job experience required before appointment and successful student teaching.
- ASD licensure preferred, but not required.
