Job DescriptionAbout STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for general due process record‑keeping and clerical tasks in the school special education office. Work is performed under the on‑site day‑to‑day supervision of the building principal with direction and task assignments provided by the director of special services and assistant director of special education.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting Rate: $20.64 – $21.12 per hour.

Requirements & Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- One year of clerical experience preferred.
- Experience in special education preferred; experience with Sp Ed Forms data management system highly preferred.
