About STMA Schools: We serve over 6,300 students and employ 850 staff in a north‑western suburb of Minneapolis. The district’s schools include one primary school, three elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.

The coach will advise, coordinate, and support participants on the football team, primarily coaching the 9th Grade team. Responsibilities also include practice planning, game preparation, and player development.

Days: Monday‑Friday, 3:30–5:30 pm; additional evening/weekend games as required.

Experience coaching or participating in football.

Stipend Starting Salary Range: $3,863 – $4,243 (Schedule C Group 5, Certified Master Contract 2025‑2027).

Benefits: No benefits eligibility other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
