We have multiple positions available for hands‑on Electronics Technicians or Electronics Engineers to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will support the design and development of new products as well as the continuation engineering and improvement of existing products. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician or early‑career engineer who enjoys working at the bench and contributing directly to real‑world product development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist engineers with new product development and sustaining engineering projects
- Perform component‑level troubleshooting, soldering, and PCB rework
- Use electronic test equipment (DVM, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer) for debugging, validation, and characterization
- Read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical work instructions
- Support prototyping, board bring‑up, and testing activities
- Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while also working independently on assigned tasks
- Assist with regulatory compliance efforts (UL and FCC testing knowledge is a plus)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands‑on experience
- Experience using electronic test equipment (DVM/multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer)
- Excellent component‑level troubleshooting and soldering skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and understand schematics, datasheets, and written work instructions
- Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Board layout and/or circuit simulation experience (Altium, Multi Sim)
- Knowledge of Security Industry
- Bosch, GE, Honeywell, DSC, Qolsys - Knowledge of UL and/or FCC testing procedures
- RF background a plus
- Embedded programming in C+
