Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living
is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. This community and its residents are amazing, our residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive! Join our team to help our residents Age Magnificently!

Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7am-3pm), Part Time PM (3pm-11pm), Part Time NOC (11pm-7am), every other weekend included.

HHAWage: $17-$22, Depending on experience

CNA Wage: $19-$24, Depending on experience

Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/ $2 for Overnights

Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Annual reviews with wage increases
