Summary
We're seeking a skilled powder coat painter to join our team at Marksman Metals Co. Inc. In this role you will be responsible for operating a full-automated powder-coat paint line, perform powder coating by hand, perform quality inspections, and perform routine and preventative maintenance painting duties.

• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply paint and finishes using various techniques and equipment to achieve desired results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adjust as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Observe equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and adjust as necessary

Hourly range: $20-$30 with flexibility to go outside that range. We offer a competitive salary based on skills, experience, and work history. 1st:
Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 3:30/4:30pm and Friday 6-3:30pm. There is ample opportunity for overtime.
