Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in St. Michael, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications.

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
