Lab Technician

This role is critical for evaluating product conditions, performing metallurgical analysis, and ensuring every part meets high-quality standards before shipping. Location: Saint Michael, MN

Wage: $20.00/hr.

Hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the lab technician:

• Test and collect data to evaluate product processing conditions
• Perform hardness tests and microstructure analysis on products
• Measure product dimensions and test salt bath chemistry
• Verify testing equipment against standards and record results
• Certify all parts and authorize printing of shipping tickets

Requirements of the lab technician:

• Experience with measuring devices and hardness testers
• Understanding of metallurgical concepts and technical data
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and wear steel-toed boots
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
