Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team in St. Michael, MN. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications while ensuring efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
