As a Metal Finisher/Grinder, you will ensure our precision sheet metal products meet the highest quality standards. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Metal Prep:
  Operate grinders to remove scratches/imperfections and polish areas for a smooth, unmarred finish.
• Weld Clean-Up:
  Prepare and ensure parts are flawlessly ready for the paint line.
• Machine Operation:
  Run deburring and tooling machines to perform grinding, blending, buffing, tumbling, and chamfering.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect product surfaces for defects and perform necessary repairs.
• Shop Maintenance:
  Perform basic preventative maintenance (lubrication) and keep your workspace clean and orderly.

• Monday-Friday, 6:00AM to 3:30/4:30PM (Hours are subject to change based on customer demands).
• Compensation:
  Highly competitive salary. Pay starting at $20-$35/hour.
