We're seeking a skilled, quality-driven powder coat painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a fully automated powder-coat paint line, performing powder coating by hand, executing quality inspections, and handling routine and preventative maintenance painting duties.

• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply paint and finish using various techniques and equipment to achieve desired results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and climate-controlled work area while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Observe equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and adjust as necessary.

• The skills to enhance our metal products through precision, quality, and care.
• Powder coating experience (hand and automated) and a strong eye for detail.

• Monday-Friday, 6:00AM to 3:30/4:30PM (Hours are subject to change based on customer demands).
• Compensation:
  Highly competitive salary. Pay starting at $20-$35/hour.
