- Welcome and check in customers as they enter the store
- Verify customer identification and age requirements
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with the check-in and express pickup process
- Inform customers of current deals, promotions, and store offerings
- Communicate with bud tenders and team members to help maintain a smooth customer flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with general store organization and restocking as needed
- Follow all store policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in the Budtender role as needed
- Must be 21+ (Minnesota requirement)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain required Minnesota cannabis certifications
- Willingness to learn about cannabis products and the industry
- Reception, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems, products, and processes
- Follow all Minnesota OCM regulations
- Properly verify customer identification and age
- Follow all store check-in and customer entry procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
