Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Project Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both residential customers and contractors, guiding projects from initial consultation through final installation.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in managing detailed projects with accuracy and care. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication throughout every stage of the project.

- Greet customers and identify whether they are new or returning
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand project scope, timeline, and goals
- Guide customers through material selection and educate them on options
- Set clear expectations for next steps and follow-up timing
- Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers
- Gather all necessary project information including drawings, dimensions, and contact details
- Calculate square footage and pricing using internal tools and Excel formulas
- Collaborate with team members on complex or unique project details
- Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and send to customers in a timely manner
- Follow up consistently to answer questions and support decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Secure deposits and initiate project workflows
- Track and update sales activity and monthly goals
- Organize and maintain detailed project files and documentation
- Collect and confirm sink, faucet, and fixture specifications
- Coordinate scheduling for template/measure, programming, and installation
- Ensure all required approvals, signatures, and documentation are completed
- Create invoices, communicate with customers, and collect final payments
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
- Support inventory tracking and material coordination
- Assist in training new team members
- Maintain website accuracy, including product availability and business hours
- Contribute to social media updates and content as needed
- Complete thank-you cards and follow-up communication after project completion
- Perform light cleaning and maintain showroom presentation
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, designers, and past customers
- Participate in monthly marketing and social media planning
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and drive new business
- Assist with ordering materials and supplies as needed
- Achievement of monthly sales goals
- Quotes generated and projects successfully closed
- Consistent and timely customer follow-up
- Well-organized, on-time, and error-free project execution
- High customer satisfaction and positive feedback
