** Sales Associate**

Join Johnson Exteriors and help homeowners transform their properties into something they truly love. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Home Upgrade Sales Associate who is passionate about home improvement and driven to deliver outstanding service.

In this role, you’ll guide homeowners through our exterior and interior upgrade solutions — including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and more. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions will directly impact customer satisfaction and your earning potential.

This is a paid position offering base salary plus commission , giving you the opportunity to earn more as you grow your sales success and customer relationships.

** Responsibilities**

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and generate new leads
• Run company leads
• Network with industry connections
• Present and recommend home improvement solutions including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and related products
• Educate homeowners on product options, materials, warranties, and financing solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Process deposits and customer transactions accurately
• Maintain organized product displays and showroom presentation
• Use CRM and sales software to track customer interactions and project progress
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project completion

** Qualifications**

• Previous experience in home improvement, retail, or consultative sales preferred
• Knowledge of exterior or interior home improvement products is a strong plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with estimating, retail math, and basic calculations
• Experience using CRM, estimating, or point-of-sale software
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping homeowners
