Role DescriptionThis full-time Account Manager role is hybrid in the state of MN. The Account Manager will maintain relationships with current business clients, present benefits solutions, and ensure proper implementation of those solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts - i.e. answering billing and claims questions, conducting presentations during Enrollment, maintaining client communication, and supporting ongoing enrollment processes. The role also involves coordinating with team members and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and account management expertise
- Presentation and client education abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and software
- Prior experience in employee benefits, HR, or related fields is a plus
- Willing to travel within the states of MN and WI as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
Insurance license for Life, Health and Accident is required to sell for Colonial Life. We will help you obtain any licensing needed.
On-the-job and product training is provided at no cost.
Must have reliable vehicle and able to travel around the state.
This is a contracted 1099, commission-based position as an independent agent for Colonial Life.
