Employment type:
Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Benefits-Eligible, Non-Except (Hourly)
Pay Range: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
Typical office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage all communications and office workflow for Campus Safety Department.
* Develop and maintain office paperwork and manage record systems.
* Assist the Director with preparing the department's annual security and fire safety reporting document, in accordance with the Federal Clery Act.
* Manage the documentation of the department's operational budget.
* Create RFP's, reconcile department credit card statements, and handle department purchases.
* Manage the processing of all parking information including parking permits registrations, permit and citation billing, and tracking of citations and appeals.
* Responsible for the campus-wide lost and found program.
* Provide support to Campus Safety Leadership Team in the event of campus emergencies and events.
* Contribute to a favorable working climate within the College through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude in deadlines with other staff, faculty, students, and visitors.
* Maintain confidentiality of records and departmental contacts.
* Assume responsibility to become familiar with and operate computer programs to facilitate all documentation in a timely manner.
* The position is designated as weather- or emergency-essential. In the event of a closure of the College, it is vital that you report to work as needed by the Management team.
* Supervise student office assistants and the student Dispatch program.
* Manage student employment payroll.
* Manage in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure proper radio communication procedures and dispatch protocols are followed.
* Developing and managing training materials, following up with student employees and supervisors to address issues, scheduling, and conducting dispatch training.
* All other duties as assigned.
