Overview
St. Peter, MN Lead a collaborative Imaging team in a community-focused hospital setting. This role offers hands-on leadership with the ability to impact operations, quality, and patient care.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily Radiology/Imaging operations and patient-centered workflows.
- Manage, mentor, schedule, and develop a team of 15+ imaging staff.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DOH, NIAHO, ISO) and accreditation readiness.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and support capital planning.
- Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and support OR imaging needs as required.
- Hospital-based Imaging/Radiology leadership experience.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of imaging operations, quality standards, and compliance.
- Ability to balance daily operations with improvement projects.
