Speech‑Language Pathologist 1.0 FTE

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Saint Peter Schools.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with identified speech or language disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' communication needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular meetings and professional development activities.
• Advocate for the communication needs of students and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota state license in Speech‑Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working with young children with a variety of speech and language disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clinical Fellows will be considered.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Experience with assistive technology and augmentative communication devices.

• Salary Range based on  Master Agreement ($55,867 - $90,128). Negotiations in process for 25-26.
