ARMHS Mental Health Practitioners (MHP) provide rehabilitative mental health services to clients with mental health issues living in the community. Our ARMHS team members provide dynamic, person-centered services to clients in the counties served by Inspire Services, LLC, and we are currently hiring to provide exceptional service in the following counties:
Brown County
ARMHS MHPs provide support to our clients by working with them to develop and implement an Individual Treatment Plan that will help identify the needs of the clients, and provide a realistic and achievable pathway to improve their quality of life while learning to manage limitations they may experience with their mental illness. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of those impacted by mental illness.

Job Summary:
The ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner provides direct client services in accordance with ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) guidelines. They assist clients in developing and maintaining independent living skills, managing mental health symptoms, and achieving their personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individual treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide one-on-one support and skills training to clients in areas such as medication management, household management, social skills, and community integration.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of client care.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education to enhance professional development.

A new ARMHS MHP at Inspire Services can earn $43,888.00 to $67,214.00.

Minimum Qualifications:
Mental health practitioners are people who provide services to adults with mental illness or children with emotional disturbance. Mental health practitioners are not eligible to enroll with MHCP; they must be under clinical supervision of a mental health professional and qualified in one of the following ways:
- Has completed at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with:
- Mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance
- Traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities and completes training on mental illness, recovery from mental illness, mental health de‑escalation techniques, co‑occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects
