Overview
Under the general supervision of the City Administrator, the Human Resources Generalist undertakes a wide variety of public-sector human resources administrative duties of considerable difficulty and complexity; oversees the City’s human resources function with a generalist approach including staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development, strategies and policies, employee relations, contract negotiations; and performs other duties as assigned.
