Salary: $63,000 annually

Position Summary

LAHC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience and demonstrated expertise in hiring and onboarding, payroll administration, workers' compensation, and benefits management. This position plays a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring the effective operation of Human Resources functions throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.
  • Administer payroll, employee benefits, and workers' compensation programs.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on Human Resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage HR budgets, spending, and return on investment (ROI) related to HR initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, training, and professional development activities.
  • Support employee relations and maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist with workforce planning and organizational development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and employee retention initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources, including hiring/onboarding, payroll, workers' compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and budget management skills.
  • Ability to effectively relate to and interact with clients, co-workers, and members of the public in a professional and positive manner.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems preferred.
