Maintenance and Environmental Manager

The Maintenance and Environmental Manager is responsible for managing all maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security personnel while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.

Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie are hiring a Maintenance and Environmental Manager. Ecumen Sand Prairie consists of 42 assisted living rental apartment homes, and Ecumen Prairie Hill consists of 43 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. Both are located in St. Peter, Minnesota. Full-Time. Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p. On Call every other week. Leader on Duty rotation.

The targeted pay range for this job is $63,000 - $83,000 per year. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Local Travel and Driver's License Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Boiler operator's license in states where one is required, at the minimum horsepower class as designated by the governing state for the boilers on site or eligible within 6 months of hire
• Previous maintenance experience
• Valid Drivers License, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to:
  Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.

• Technical college
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience working in a senior care environment
