Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Blender workers for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality food products in a clean, safety-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Accurately weigh and blend raw ingredients per production formulas

Lift and dump ingredient bags (up to 55 lbs.) into mixers and super sacs

Operate mixers, forklifts, and related equipment

Assist with changeovers and basic maintenance

Label, stage, organize, and clean containers and blending equipment

Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures

Document lot numbers and ingredient usage accurately

Communicate issues to the Blend Room Lead or Supervisor

High school diploma or GED preferred

Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs. repeatedly

Comfortable working in a production environment with dusty ingredients and routine noise

Basic math skills for measurements and formulas

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus
