Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Blender workers for a food production manufacturing company in St. Peter, MN. In this role, you’ll support the batching and blending of ingredients for large-scale food production while helping maintain food safety and quality standards. What You'll Do as a Blender:

• Weigh and batch raw ingredients according to production formulas and specifications
• Load and dump ingredient bags weighing up to 55 pounds into mixers and blending equipment
• Operate mixers, blenders, forklifts, and related production equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete batch records and document ingredient usage, lot numbers, and traceability information
• Label super sacs and finished batches accurately while maintaining quality standards
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, pre-operational checks, and basic equipment changeovers as needed
• Follow GMP, food safety, PPE, and workplace safety requirements at all times

What You Need to Bring to the Blender Role:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods
• Previous food manufacturing, ingredient handling, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform basic math, read scales, and follow written production instructions
• Ability to read and write in English
• Comfortable working around dry ingredients, dust, industrial equipment, and varying temperatures
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
