Shift Lead Cashier| Part Time
Responsibilities:The Shift Lead Cashier provides exceptional service to shoppers. Assists in checking out customer purchases with accuracy and kind service. Additional responsibilities: carrying out store closing procedures, cash accountability, setting work priorities for cashiers on shift, and confidently and calmly resolve customer concerns or other unexpected situations that may arise.
Schedule:5 shifts per week (including Saturdays & Sundays)
Approximately 38 hours per week
Shifts will be either 11am–7pm or 2pm–9:15pm
$16.25 per hour, health, dental, & life insurance, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, 20% employee discount, and a fantastic, participatory work environment!
Qualifications:- Ability to provide a friendly, welcoming experience for shoppers
- Ability to provide calm, friendly, and helpful service, even when navigating challenging situations or shopper concerns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Cash handling, computer, and basic math skills
- Reliable, regular, and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable and regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
