Compensation: $0.70 CPM - $1,500 sign‑on bonus

• Average annual earnings: $80K
• Starting pay: $0.70 CPM
• Top performer earnings: $85K
• Hiring bonus: $1,500
• Drop and stop pay averages an additional $10K annually
• No touch freight
• All trucks are 3 years old or newer – average age 16 months
• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built‑in inverters and other driver‑friendly features
• All‑expenses‑paid orientation in a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA

Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL‑A truck drivers to join our dedicated division. Our dedicated routes provide consistent, steady miles and familiarity with the roads you drive and the customers you serve. All candidates must have a valid CDL‑A license and one year of driving experience.
