Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in St. Peter, MN — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.
Pay & Schedule- Weekly pay: $1116 - $1562 (depending on schedule)
- Hourly pay: $31.00 for PM shift
- Hours per week: 36–48 hours (depending on schedule)
- Schedule:
4 days one week and 3 days the following week - Start time: 6:00 pm–6:00 am
- Endorsement:
Tanker endorsement within 30–60 days of hire - Backing experience required
- $3,000 loyalty bonus: $1,500 paid at 6 months and $1,500 paid at 1 year
- Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
- 80 hours PTO in the first year, starting Day 1
- Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
- 401(k) rollover available now with company match at 1 year
- 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility criteria)

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state laws, regulations and agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer
- Perform other duties as assigned
