Building Inspector (ICS)/Housing – Stafford Township.
Immediate opening for a Full‑Time Building Inspector (ICS)/Housing Inspector. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, or other hours arranged by the Construction Official or the Township Administrator. Essential functions include conducting plan reviews, performing inspections, and enforcing the provisions of the State of New Jersey Uniform Construction Code pertaining to Building Subcode Official/Housing Inspector in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23‑3.
The Building Inspector/Housing Inspector shall make decisions with respect to building housing inspection issues as necessary. Qualified candidates must hold a State of NJ license certification as a Building Inspector ICs pursuant to NJAC 5:23‑5.9. Dual licensures preferred.
