The Smile Institute is seeking a temporary pediatric dentist to provide coverage during a maternity leave. This is a clearly defined, short-term opportunity intended to maintain continuity of care for our pediatric patients and staff.

This role is ideal for a pediatric dentist looking for high-quality, well-compensated temporary work, with flexibility and no long-term obligation.

• Coverage period:
  Late April through August (approx.)
• Temporary role with no long-term contract required
• No non-compete or restrictive covenant
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate travel or personal needs
• $1,700/day guaranteed compensation
• Experienced, supportive clinical and administrative team
• Established pediatric patient base
• When our pediatric dentist returns in September, the temporary provider may conclude the engagement or, if mutually desired, discuss an opportunity to stay on in a longer-term capacity. There is no obligation on either side.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency
• Active (or eligible) New Jersey dental license
• NJ pediatric specialty permit (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
