MLT Systems is seeking an Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide on‑site engineering, analytical, and Test & Evaluation (T&E) support to the Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA).

This role supports critical test activities, system‑level evaluations, requirements verification, Engineering Capabilities Proposal (ECP) evaluation and testing, and the development of both classified and unclassified technical documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), a solid foundation in T&E processes, and the ability to operate within structured Marine Corps and DoD engineering, acquisition, and evaluation frameworks.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience supporting electromagnetic environmental effects (E3), engineering, T&E, and systems evaluation activities within DoD programs. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in:
- Supporting E3 engineering, development, analysis, and documentation development
- Participating in test planning, coordination, and execution of component, subsystem, and system level E3 testing and evaluation
- Reviewing and developing classified and unclassified technical documentation
- Supporting system‑level evaluations, requirements verification, and data analysis
- Conducting analysis of E3 Interim Data Reports (IDRs) and final test reports
- Contributing to TEMP updates, T&E System Evaluation Plans, and T&E System Evaluation Reports
- Working within structured acquisition, engineering, and configuration management processes
- Experience supporting USMC programs—especially ACV, AAV, or PM AAA—is highly desirable.
- Experience with MIL-STD-464D and MIL-STD-461G testing and analysis for Army Ground required test events
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant engineering, T&E, or E3 experience supporting DoD programs
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Ability to obtain and maintain SIPRNet access
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
The candidate shall provide engineering and analytical support for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) operations across PM AAA programs, including:
- Obtain and maintain SIPRNet access to support development of classified documentation
- Develop requirements and milestone documentation related to E3 and T&E
- Participate in test plan development and test execution
- Assist the T&E Evaluation Lead with development of the System‑Level T&E System Evaluation Plan
- Support the Lead PM AAA Evaluator with all evaluations associated with test requirement verification
- Assist in the development and management of PM AAA T&E evaluation processes, including:
- Test System Evaluation Report (TSER)
- All documentation IAW CDRL A012
- Conduct test data analysis on IDRs
- Support the Requirements Management and Analysis Plan (RMAP) process
- Assist in the evaluation of FRACAS/DCACAS data
- Support the T&E Competency Development Team (CDT) during development activities related to TEMP updates and program‑related issues
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting USMC ACV or AAV programs
