Logistics Analyst AI Coordinator - ManTech

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and integrate machine‑learning models to improve supply forecasting and logistics decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory stakeholders to translate operational requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Develop, test, and validate predictive algorithms using Python and statistical modeling techniques.
• Operationalize AI models within existing logistics systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end‑users for AI‑enabled logistics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on analytics or AI.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine‑learning models for forecasting or supply‑chain applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data‑science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow/PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply‑chain processes, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
