• Location: Manahawkin, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization and disease management.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions in care.

• Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required
• BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire preferred

• Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program required

• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position required
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred
• Telemetry Certification preferred
