About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Stafford Township, New Jersey. As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and standards of care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and communications

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that promotes resident comfort and dignity
