Role OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced
A-Techwith strong metal, structural, and aluminum repair skills. The ideal candidate works efficiently under flat-rate systems, follows OEM repair procedures, and takes pride in delivering factory-level quality every time.
Perform structural and non-structural repairs on late-model vehicles following OEM standards
Conduct aluminum and steel welding, panel replacement, and blueprint reading for repair planning
Utilize measuring systems (Car-O-Liner, Chief, Celette) to ensure frame accuracy
Execute disassembly/reassembly (DRT) efficiently with minimal supervision
Document work performed and collaborate closely with estimators and painters
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace
Participate in continued I-CAR and OEM training programs
RequirementsPreferred Experience & Certifications
5+ years in collision repair, with consistent productivity above 120%
I-CAR Platinum and/or ASE Master Collision certification preferred
OEM repair experience with Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai
Familiarity with CCC One or similar estimating software
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
$40/hr base pay until 70 flag hours
$250 weekly bonus after 70 hours
Transition to $28/flag-hour pay after 80 hours
Steady workflow and parts support for consistent hours
