Scope
The Customer Service Representative manages customer accounts by working with the customer to develop and facilitate increased business relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities- Works with blueprints, purchase orders, and quotes to provide pricing; enters new orders or changes existing ones.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with key customer contacts (Quality, Production Control, Source Inspection, Operations, Site Leadership).
- Interacts with manufacturing and supervisory personnel to communicate information back to the customer.
- Uses written and oral communication skills daily to facilitate customer or company concerns, instructions or requests.
- Enters, follows, and manages quotations.
- Responds to RFQs (Request for Quotation).
- Manages customer orders.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues with a sense of urgency.
- Deals directly with TTM Production Control to obtain accurate and timely information.
- Navigates and utilizes TTM’s Praxa business system.
- Navigates and utilizes TTM’s Customer Connect quoting system.
- Facilitates and attends meetings.
- Reports all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- Experience in the Printed Wiring Board business is desired.
- Ability to use Excel for data tracking and graphing.
- Strong English verbal, written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computer software.
- Ability to sit, use an LCD computer screen and keyboard for data entry for up to 10 hours a day.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.

For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
- Must be able to identify ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access is restricted to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
- Must recognize Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
- Must understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
- Must understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the U.S.
- Must manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
- Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
