Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III to join their team. As a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler III, you will be part of the Production Planning Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule all aspects of production, ensuring optimal and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate production workflow across multiple product lines to meet delivery targets.
  • Analyze data to develop and maintain accurate production schedules, considering demand, lead times, and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Demand Planning, R&D, Quality Control, and Logistics to resolve production issues.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance key metrics like OTIF, backorder levels, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data science, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations such as ISO, FDA, GMP, and related standards.
