- Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler with 3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
- Responsible for creating and optimizing production schedules, managing inventory and material availability, maintaining SAP/MRP data, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of production planning/scheduling experience
- Strong SAP/ERP and MRP expertise
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Project management and continuous improvement experience
- Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, and safety stock
- Experience with GMP, ISO/FDA regulations, or medical device manufacturing preferred
- APICS CPIM and Six Sigma certifications are a plus
- Develop and manage production schedules across multiple product lines
- Monitor inventory, material shortages, safety stock, and on-time delivery metrics
- Maintain SAP/MRP master data, BOMs, routings, and planning parameters
- Support new product introductions, transfers, and supply chain initiatives
- Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
- Generate planning, backlog, shortage, and performance reports
