Scope- As a Plating Operator in Strip/Etch, you will work in a team‑oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Training is provided for those who have never worked on printed circuit boards.
- Monitor chemical inventory, maintain a safe work environment, monitor production, and maintain quality of the product.
- Communicate movement of critical and non‑critical jobs to the next stages.
- Identify and record any quality problems, recommend and implement solutions, verify implementation, and control further processing of non‑conforming products until corrected.
- Facilitate and attend meetings, communicate regularly with managers and supervisors, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and report safety hazards to supervisors.
- Generate, accumulate, and handle hazardous wastes generated in daily operations as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
- Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns; perform job duties with required personal protective equipment and participate in safety training, understanding and following JSA, PPE assessments, MSDS and safety procedures.

Essential Knowledge and Skills- Good English communication and mathematical skills.
- Good vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and clear speaking ability.

- Work up to ten hours a day with flexibility for overtime.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds; bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for the entire shift.
- Flexible and able to cross‑train in any position throughout both buildings.
- Safe work with chemical, physical, noise or biological agents.
- Regular attendance essential.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required due to ITAR.
High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience, and is provided in a reasonable range in accordance with local law.
