Scope

As a Production Operator, you will operate production equipment and perform a variety of tasks in a team-oriented environment. Your attention to detail and safety orientation are critical to producing PCBs for military and aerospace markets. Training is provided.

Production Schedules
  • 1st Shift – 7:00AM to 3:30PM (5‑day week) & 6:30AM to 4:00PM (4‑day week)
  • 2nd Shift – 3:15PM to 11:45PM (5‑day week) & 3:45PM to 1:15AM (4‑day week)
  • 3rd Shift – 10:45PM to 7:15AM (5‑day week) & 9:45PM to 7:15AM (4‑day week)
  • 4th Shift – 6:00AM to 6:30PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) – Friday work may be scheduled based on business needs

Training for 2nd and 3rd shift roles may require flexibility to train on the 1st shift for up to 90 days.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain quality production and record quality data
  • Read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification
  • Cross‑train on operations within multiple areas
  • Help the area meet all safety and production goals
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure regular attendance
  • Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns
  • Use required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Participate fully in safety training and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other safety procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Good work ethic, dependable, reliable, respectful
  • Good English communication and mathematical skills
  • Good visual acuity, color discrimination, depth perception, and clear speech
  • Ability to perform routine tasks
  • Team player and works well with others
  • Adaptable to changing environment
  • Willing to work up to 10 hours a day and flexible for overtime
  • Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive bending, leaning, sitting or standing throughout a shift
  • Flexible to cross‑train in multiple positions across buildings
  • Safe handling and contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc.) or biological agents
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements
Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED is required.
