RF Test Operator
Scope:
The RF Test Operator is responsible for setting up and performing tuning and test on components, subassemblies, and systems to ensure production quality is achieved in accordance with TTM standards while working under minimal supervision.
- Conduct tests in a specialized isolated clearance room, remaining inside for 6–8 hours per shift, to comply with security‑level regulations.
- Ensure all personnel understand and adhere to security protocols; must be able to obtain a security clearance within 120 days of employment.
- Perform specialized testing of products, including RF network analyzer measurements and automated test setups.
- Maintain mechanical and preventative machine maintenance.
- Complete all required job paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and managers, suggest procedural improvements, and attend meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report safety hazards.
- Perform additional duties within the production organization as assigned.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Intermediate mechanical/repair skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to evaluate test and production data and solve problems.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Teamwork and ability to assist other departments when needed.
- Participation in improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to receive training for advanced machinery and chemical safety.
High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of electronics experience, with proficiency in RF network analyzer measurements and prior experience with automated test setups.
Work Conditions- Work up to 10 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to work weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform physical tasks requiring mobility.
- Vision requirement of 20/20, correctable as needed; annual eye exam required.
