New hires are supported from day one, with a 90-day evaluation offering potential pay increases based on key performance indicators.

• The Lamination Production Associate is involved with all lamination operations within the RF Center.

• Monitor and produce quality products, bond assemblies, install hardware, operate presses and autoclave.

• Process internal paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

• Clean and store plates and dividers.

• Generate, accumulate, and handle hazardous wastes in daily operations per Environmental, Health and Safety policies.

• Cross-train in multiple areas.

• Meet Safety Requirements by reporting accidents, near misses and safety concerns promptly.

• Use required PPE and participate in safety training; follow JSA, PPE assessments, MSDS and safety procedures.

• Meet Quality Requirements by following handling procedures, quality manuals and process procedures.

• Meet Production Requirements by correctly filling out job travelers, participating in shift crossovers, cross-training in other areas, using correct tool numbers, notifying technicians or supervisors of equipment downtime, following 1starticle processes, using the shop floor control system and completing jobs as required.

• Perform Maintenance by adhering to maintenance schedules and completing housekeeping duties.

• General math, reading and computer skills; good English verbal and written communication.

• Ability to read blueprints and procedures.

• Ability to read calipers and micrometers.

• Good hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, visual and hearing acuity, and clear speech.

• Traits and attitudes: detail oriented, approachable, good interpersonal skills, trustworthy, willing to learn, punctual, self-disciplined, follows directions, dependable, flexible, team player, professional, reliable, self-motivated.

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
