Receiving Associate - 1st Shift - Eligible

Job Summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, RF components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and advanced printed circuit boards. This position supports the receiving and inventory process as part of the manufacturing operation and is eligible for a 90‑Day Evaluation with a potential pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

• Unload trucks and incoming shipments using hand truck, pallet jack, and/or forklift.
• Carefully inspect all freight for damage and reject shipments that do not meet specifications.
• Maintain proper storage for production, including rotating stock and completing cycle counts.
• Pull and issue stock to production departments, prioritizing quick‑turn production and remakes.
• Enter shipment and stock data into the electronic inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly receiving and inventory control area.
• Use basic hand tools such as utility knives, screwdrivers, band cutters, and hammers.
• Follow all safety training and procedures, including PPE, chemical handling, and hazardous waste, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
• Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.

• Attention to detail is critical.
• General computer skills and ability to update electronic records, enter data into systems, and send emails.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck, often unloading/loading materials in confined areas.
• Positive team member while also able to work independently.
• Ability to sit or stand throughout a shift and independently push, pull, or lift 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
• Consistently meet attendance requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.
• Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment that includes machinery, moving parts, noise, and chemicals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to safely drive a box truck, van, or company car.

High school diploma required. Preferred: 1–2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and all applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products, recognizing foreign visitors, following authorization procedures for foreign visitors, understanding shipment requirements, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
