Join our dynamic fabrication team as a Laser CNC Operator! In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing process by operating key machinery, maintaining strict quality standards, and ensuring smooth production flow. Responsibilities Include
  • Maintain the highest quality standards, holding full authority to stop production on any job if quality criteria are not met.
  • Safely set up, program, and operate CNC machinery, including CNC Mills, Lasers, and Turret Presses.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and deburr finished parts as required to ensure overall precision.
  • Perform basic routine maintenance procedures on shop tools and machines.
  • Learn all aspects of the Fabrication Department and assist in any and all areas within the company on an  as needed  basis.
  • Train and mentor team members on running parts safely and accurately on CNC machinery.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior CNC operation experience preferred (minimum 3–5 years of experience preferred for senior/advanced operation and programming capabilities).
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and work from technical blueprints.
  • Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills for all CNC equipment.
  • Solid math skills and a foundational understanding of CNC programming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
